We meet face to face to dialogue about the goals, budget, design, and timeline. If everything is a match and we both feel good about the project we move to the next step. DESIGN
We work alongside our architect or yours to make sure that the design process fits within your budget and timeline in order to ensure your build happens on time and on budget without any surprises along the way- PROPOSAL
We develop a proposal and contract which is submitted to you for review, approval, and agreement. Contracts are signed and the build begins. BUILD
The building process begins with constant communication between our site supervisors and yourself to make sure that you are happy and informed as the process goes along.- MOVE IN
