Although we do not charge by the square foot, we typically find our budgets starting at $240 a foot for total square footage including garages and porches. This typically does not include the cost of the lot, landscaping, pools, or fencing. There are always outliers in both directions depending upon size, scope, and selections.

This depends largely on the size and complexity of the build and finishes. An average build for us is one month per 500 square feet under beam.

Sorry, but we don’t offer our design services to anyone other than our clients. This includes offering guidance or advice on your paint colors, light fixtures, tile choices, etc…

Unfortunately, we only do New Home Construction, so we don’t currently take on any renovation projects.

Most of our projects are pre-sold, so we do not have any inventory of houses for sale. When we do build a spec house it usually sells before we are finished building.  There are numerous developments in Southeast Louisiana with lots for sale, and we would be happy to help you locate one if you are considering a build.

Since we are a custom home builder every set of plans we use is unique and custom to the desires, needs, and style of that homeowner. We don’t typically re-use plans and we do not have any plans for sale. We do offer custom plan services. Contact us for details.

Of course. We are willing to be as involved as you would like in the design of your home. Some clients want us to make all the decisions, some clients want to make all their own decisions, but most of our clients we work hand in hand with us to make decisions together.
